Whereas, The Constitution Article VII Section 2 reads:
Section 2. Accountability
All students participating on various committees must provide regular reports to the SSCCC within one week of attending a meeting.
Whereas, Students participating on various committees are appointed; and
Whereas, This section on accountability does not establish consequences for appointed students;
Resolved, That the Constitution Article VII Section 2 be amended to read:
Section 2. Accountability
Appointees participating on various committees who fail to provide regular reports to the SSCCC by the next regular meeting may face removal from aforementioned committee or organization by a 2/3 vote of the Council Members in attendance in accordance with the Bylaws.
