
SSCCC Resolution Process
The Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC) is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to advocate on behalf of 1.8 million community college students. During the General Assembly, the Delegate Assembly will consider resolutions that will guide the SSCCC into next year. Below are the resolutions that will be considered by the Delegate Assembly beginning on April 7, 2024. Below is the timeline for submission:
- October - November, 2023 - General Announcement of Resolution Process
- February 14, 2024 - Original resolution submission due
- February 23, 2024 - First resolution package disseminated
- March 8, 2024 - Amendments to resolutions due
- March 14, 2024 - Amended resolution package disseminated

This amended resolution packet contains resolutions for discussion and debate by the Delegate Assembly participating in the 2024 General Assembly April 5 - 7, 2024. Please review the Resolution Process and be prepared to debate them at the upcoming General Assembly.
These Resolution Procedures are used to guide the Resolution process during the Delegates at the General Assembly.
These Convention Rules will be considered for adoption by the Delegates in attendance at the General Assembly held April 5 - 7, 2024 in Santa Clara. Delegates are encouraged to read these rules in advance of participating in the resolution voting.
